PLEASE BE AWARE ORDERS AFTER 19TH DECEMBER CANNOT BE GUARANTEED FOR BEFORE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. LAST POSTAGE DAY IS TUESDAY 20TH AND ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED PERIODICALLY OVER CHRISTMAS UNTIL THE 3RD JANUARY WHEN NORMAL SERVICE WILL RESUME.
Returns Policy Overview

We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to returns, we want you to be as happy as possible with your shopping experience at Pelican Pear. If for any reason you are not happy with your product or there has been an issue with your order please get in touch with us, either by email - hello@pelicanpear.co.uk or by phone on 01432 351 311.
We are happy to exchange an item for a replacement or a complete refund, provided that the item hasn't been opened and is returned to us in a resalable condition. Please get in touch with us before returning anything in order for us to provide you with a Returns Code. Once we have received and processed your return we will provide you with a complete refund.
In order to make a return please contact us, when we will talk you through the returns procedure.
- Please ensure that any item returned to us is securely packaged and includes your Name & Contact Details, Order Number and Returns Code.
- Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage when sending an item back to us. This is a free service from the Post Office.
- Please Note that Pelican Pear will only refund postage costs on an error that is our fault, we cannot refund postage on an item that is simply unwanted.
