Delivery Information

Standard Delivery: £1.00 / £2.99 / £3.95

We have three various prices for delivery.  We try to offer you the lowest price for postage possible, so the delivery price for your items will be calculated in the basket, and shown at the checkout screen.  Our postage prices are based on the size and weight of your product choices.

Cards and Wraps are charged at a flat rate of £1.00 for delivery of as many items as you would like.  Lighter and medium sized items are charged at a one off £2.99 delivery for any number of items.  Larger and heavier items are charged at £3.95 delivery for any number of items.  You will only ever be charged one delivery charge per order.

All orders placed before 15:00 are despatched from us on the same day by either Royal Mail First Class or our Couriers APC; depending upon size, weight and value. All orders are subject to stock availability.

If your delivery is being sent out via Courier Partner, APC, it will require a signature upon arrival. So if possible please have it delivered somewhere where it can reliably be signed for; if possible your place of work, a neighbour or family member. If no one is in at the given address, a card will be left with the consignment number and a contact telephone number. This number will be of the local delivery depot, if you give them a call, you can rearrange the delivery for a suitable time.

Delivery: Next Working Day

In order to offer you the lowest prices possible for delivery we offer three different postage prices.  The postage price is calculated in the basket, on the size and weight of your product choices, and shown at the checkout screen.

Prices are based on the same size/weight tiers as Standard Delivery.  You will only ever be charged one delivery charge per order.

Please note that only orders placed before 15:30 Monday to Friday will be despatched from us the same day, for a next working day delivery. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

If your delivery is being sent out via Courier Partner, APC, it will require a signature upon arrival. Please be aware that on a Friday, Next Working Day means Monday. Deliveries are made between 0800 and 1600. If the delivery of your parcel is not attempted by our courier the next working day, then we will refund the difference in price between the Next Working Day cost and the Standard Delivery Cost.
